We can distinguish these 46 varieties by its Extreme® and Fresh® typology.
The principle characteristics of the varieties with Extreme® typology are:
- Excellent taste and low acidity
- Firm, crunchy and juicy flesh with long life in the tree and after harvest
- Excellent qualities for the fourth grade for its flesh oxidity resistance
Fresh® typology characteristics:
- Fresh and sweet taste with some acidity
- Juicy, sweet, crunchy and firm flesh mixed with a bit of acidity
- Resistant to manipulation, storage and transportation
- Slow ripening
